Science of Violence
After gaining a basic knowledge of the human brain through biology class, I had the chance to dive deeper and study the differences between male and female brains for the Science of Violence Project. In this project, our class worked to answer an essential question:
Does crime have biological roots? If so, can we prevent or treat it?
With background on child abuse, psychopathy, sports injuries, teenage brains, and gender-differences, our class had a broad range of knowledge to apply to the socratic seminar we had at the end of the project. Below is my final product describing what I found through research and what my argument was during the socratic seminar.
